New Brand Shop to Drive New Customer Touchpoints to Continuously Create Enriching Experience for Penangites

LG Electronics Malaysia is expanding into Penang at the back of its growth in the Northern state. With another new brand store opening in partnership with LEL Group, it is a testament to the customers’ trust in LG products and their confidence in the abilities of the products to provide them with a smarter lifestyle.

The new brand shop in partnership with LEL showcases LG’s range of Home Entertainment and Home Appliances products including its award-winning OLED TVs, Nano Cell Display Super UHD TV, Knock Twice See Inside InstaView™ Refrigerators and Wash Two Load At Once TWINWash™ washing machine. Its award-winning OLED TVs give viewers greater entertainment value, while its home appliances enable homeowners to save energy, keep food in refrigerator fresher for a healthier life, and spend quality time with family and friends as their laundry time is reduced. Adopting cutting-edge technologies and innovation in this range of products, the specific features within the home entertainment and home appliances are underpinned by the AI ThinQ and Smart ThinQ features. These features enable customers to have a more enjoyable, convenient experience while saving energy and time.
All of these products can be purchased from the new brand shop located in LEL shop at Solaria Square, Bayan Lepas, Penang. This brand shop was officiated by Kim Kyutae, the Managing Director of LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd.

During the grand opening, Managing Director of LG Electronics, Kim Kyutae said: “It is in our DNA to put our customers front and center in the development of all our products – asking ourselves what would bring them the most joy when using LG products in their daily lives.
